Tara Civil is built on a foundation of two generations of family construction experience, with over 100 years of experience in construction, locally and internationally. The combined ‘wealth of knowledge’ and experience far exceeds most, in the construction industry.
We have the expertise to ensure your formwork project is completed on time and on budget, every single time. We have invested heavily in ensuring that we are only using the best formwork systems. This combined with our experienced workforce, enables us to work more efficiently to complete your structures project.

Health and Safety
COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY – Compliance is a top priority within Tara Civil. We are safety conscious and operate a continuous training program ensuring that our workforce fully understands the principals of safe working practices.
CONSTANT REVIEW – We constantly review our methods and procedures to ensure maximum compliance with existing and planned legislation.
SAFE & FAST ASSEMBLY – With the systematic formwork assembly sequence, elements are simply hooked in at one end from below and swiveled upwards at the other. The girder grid designs automatically form an accessible working area which provides a high level of safety when laying the plywood sheets. The plywood is cut to size and clamped between clamping profiles. Screws and nails are things of the past.
SAFETY AT ALL HEIGHTS – Integrated ladders provide safe access to concreting platforms on all column formwork. With concreting platform and integrated access ladder and ladder safety cage. Even during moving, safety components remain firmly connected to the formwork.
DESIGN – Our formwork is designed in accordance with Australian Standard 3610 and certified for use using a third-party structural consulting engineer. This makes sure that the erection has been carried out to meet the design. We verify that all formwork is installed in strict accordance with the manufacture’s recommendations. The formwork is signed off by the same structural consulting engineer who has completed the design meaning full traceability on all our formwork designs.
